Meeting will be held at Building 2, Room 100B, Conference Room. Break-Out Rooms will be at Building 54, Room 130B, Perseverance Hall Addition and at Building 70, Room 228.

For those who are driving, the closest parking area are the K-1 and K-2 parking lots. If you indicated that you will be driving on your registration form, a parking permit (Blue Triangle) will be emailed to you. Please print and place the parking permit on your window where parking attendants at the K-1 and k-2 parking lots can view it easily. You will be required to show a picture ID to the security guard at the gate when entering the laboratory.

For those who will be taking the LBNL shuttle bus, a bus pass will be given sent to you via email after you complete your registration. Please print the bus pass and bring it with you at all times. You will need to show the bus pass and a picture ID to the shuttle driver. Please let the shuttle driver know that you need to go to Building 2 for a Collaboration Meeting and he or she will drop you off at the correct bus stop.
